Fractional IAM Program Management

Identity programs rarely fail on technology.

They stall on two quieter things: weak project governance, and leadership without a clear read on progress. I fix both, then step away once the program runs on its own.

Start a conversation Vendor-neutral. No pitch deck, just a conversation about where your program is stuck.

What I do

I join your identity program as a part-time program manager, working alongside your security, application and business teams.

1

A named owner on every workstream

Every workstream (application onboarding, access reviews, lifecycle automation, migrations) gets one accountable owner and a clear next step.

2

Reporting leadership can act on

A one-page view: each workstream, its owner, whether it is on track, at risk or blocked, and the one decision leadership needs to make this week.

3

Vendor-neutral delivery

I don't resell tools or push a platform. The goal is to get value from what you already bought, whatever the vendor.

Where identity programs get stuck

The patterns repeat across organizations. If one of these sounds familiar, the fix is usually structure, not software.

How an engagement works

I measure success by making myself unnecessary. Once the program runs without me, I'm gone.

Step 1

Assess

Map the workstreams, owners, dependencies and blockers, and agree on what "on track" means.

Step 2

Run

Put governance and weekly reporting in place, clear the blockers, and keep decisions moving.

Step 3

Hand off

Transfer the cadence and tooling to your team so the program keeps running after I leave.

Is identity work on your roadmap?

I'm happy to share the patterns I see across programs like yours. No pitch, just where they tend to get stuck and what gets them moving again.
